"Matthew 11:29, 30: 'Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.' ...I have an easy button (bought from Staples) that I have on my desk. When our team feels anxious, stressed, or overwhelmed, I encourage them to push the easy button (I will do it as well). It is a declaration that I will not be yoked under a heavy burden, but rather, will remember to take Jesus's yoke upon us because His way is easy and His burden is light. When we feel overwhelmed, we bring it back to Jesus because we can only do the mission that God has called us to under His yoke. Our way can cause much stress and eventual burnout, but His way is a path of wisdom, guidance and joy."
